TimeSheet format and usage modification

Hi

We are a consulting company and on our projects we have internal consultant and external sub contractors. I would like both to use the timesheet but if I want the subcontractor to use the time sheet I have to declare them as employe, is there a work around to do that?

My second question s that we charge per day and not by the hour in version eleven I’ve modified the form to ake that into account but I can’t seemsto be able to do that in version 12, can somebofy help me?

One option is to add your own Contractor DocType, based on the existing core Employee or User plus or minus any required fields, also specify a ContractorTimesheet based on Timesheet.
