Hi I have created the two sites and installed Test in one site and library in other site. now library site is active but what doctype i have added in Test site is show in the library apps.but now test site is not installed as shown in snapshot.
Uninstall app feature is not available right now. You have to delete those doctypes manually.

It can’t, unless you install the app in that site or use same database for the both site.
