As you see here, we have some territories based on county and state.
As you can see here, with the default filter (All Territories, All Customer Groups) nothing shows up. When I remove the filter for Territories, everything shows up. The same thing occurs with Customer groups.
Is there something else that needs to be done to make them show up under the “All Territories” filter?
