However, the “Add Tag” section on all pages is greyed out. I have the role of system manager and ALL permissions clicked. I cannot add tags to contacts/leads anymore. How do I do this? Is this a bug or do I need to set something in erpnext to allow tags again?
A less important issue, I have the red “1” notification appearing by my login name. When I click on it, it shows a submitted purchase receipt. How do I get the persistent purchase receipt notification to stop showing, as it won’t let me delete a submitted purchase receipt.

You just click on it and a cursor should appear. Do you get any errors?

The notification refreshes every 30 seconds, it should not persist for too long.
