I’m benchmarking frappe framework for a large project with complex ui , we plan to use tab component to avoid a lot of scrolling while exploring the ui , is the tab component in the roadmap of the framework since it is very useful feature

not possible
There is a tab component already working in v14. I’m not sure what plans if any exist to back port to v13.
