Subtotal for report

On report generation we need subtotal for monthly basis. For Eg., If im generating a sales order report for the period from Jan 19 to Dec 19.

  1. I need the report on Monthly basis with subtotal of Qty & Value only.

  2. in reporting the total should displayed only for our required column not for all the columns, How to avoid the totals of unwanted columns

Please advise.
