I have made a Stock Entry on 01-01-2018. for a Item with batch of 29022 qty rate 6.88. Now i got the final updated stock for the 01-01-2018 of the same item with batch of 14455 qty, rate 7.12. How to do stock reconciliation for this item as its not allowing me to update stock for batched items.

You can create new Stock Entry selecting Purpose ‘Material Issue’.
