How do you deal with Stationery Stock which has to be issued to people?
We have a category named Stationery Stock with Maintain Stock option checked). How do we record to issues to our employees?
Use stock entry and choose Material Issue on type

Would suggest material requisition to be raised by requestor and then material issue reference to material requisition so that if you have stock on hand you may create material issue and if stock isn’t available you may raise purchase order.
