The problem only existed with ERPNext version 11 and not existed in version 10. And the problem appears only if the chart of account is depending on the json file and this problem can be replicated if you need to select french account because french account is using fr_plan_comptable_general.json.
The accounts are not sorted based on the account number or based on the alphanumeric of the account number and account name.
This problem does not appear if you select the standard chart of account with numbers because it depends on the standard_chart_accounts_with_account_number.py (it is python file and not json file).
