anyone ever facing a problem with pop up (like add new row) , the background is appeared , but the box isnt… so im stuck with black background covering my page

@rmehta its very rarely happend… and as my opinion , it is happen when the internet connection is time out in the middle of request
Anyway there is message ’ is not support in template
but i dont do any customization…so it must be from the core…(im not doing customization on my JV)
