I have some review about using POS
First , I set the field
“territory” as not mandatory field
and when I use different account to add customer in POS
then I can see that territory of customer in report builder is the territory I have set in POS profile not the one I have set in customer
Second,I set the field
“customer group” as not mandatory field
in the same situation,I can see the customer I create in other account
However,there 's question I want to know
everytime I use report builder I should add the column again
this is not convenient , any solution to adjust it ?

Territory defined in the POS Profile will get highest priority.

in the same situation,I can see the customer I create in other account
Even though not mandatory, but it might be fetching default Territory and Customer Group value from Selling Settings.
