[Solved] Where can I find frappe framework & erpnext release notes? (v13beta to current v13)

I am stuck running a v13.11.0 frappe framework and v13.11.1 erpnext system and there is a problem with Notifications.

I need to start looking backward to see when it might have been foxed so I might be able to apply just the patch for it.

So I need to start reading through frappe framework and erpnext release notes to see if I can find where it was fixed.

When I try to access Notifications I get an error:

Page Notification not found
The resource you are looking for is not available

I am hoping I can find the patch for this.

That gets me just the ERPNext releases.

I still need the Frappe framework release notes as well.

(I believe the "Notification"function is a frappe function)
