SMTP problem after update and backup

I used ERPNext v10 with mail system before and everything works fine.
After that, I set up a pure v10 ERPNEXT and I restore my files and database. I also changed the enc key too.
Then I update frappe and erpnext to v11.
And now the SMTP system not work. Also, the option that defines a mail server like Gmail is gone.

Have you tried:

cd frappe-bench
bench enable-scheduler
