SMTP mail Vs Support Mail

Hi,
There are two email logins asked…
One is for SMTP (Outgoing server) and one is for POP3 (support system)

Now which email id will be used to answer support emails …

I want every email to go from email defined in SMTP login
while support email should be replied from the support email only …
is this the same implementation done …

If my email setting is
xy...@xavoc.com
and

a user has email account on gmail then any email sent is going with user’s email id signature ie xy...@gmail.com and gmail is reporting that

This message may not have been sent by: go...@gmail.com

so if setted this email should go from company’s email id provided to customer.
