SMS Alert Settings

Hi everyone,
I have done the following steps

1. configured SMS setting.
   2.configured SMS Center.
   When i send SMS via SMS center, It is shown in message "SMS sent to following number 1489656…"and It is shown in SMS Log also. But the receiver couldn’t get the message.
