I created one doctype called doctype A it has same two child table
After that in Doctype A from I filled each table fields and while saving each values in table is disappearing

What do you mean by “same two child table”? I see only one child table in the images you have linked.
I don’t really understand what is going on here. Are you meaning to have both “Specification” and “Specification - 1”? Can you show your doctype definition and provide a more thorough explanation?
I have added here 3 same child table in doctype
I filled each fields with some values in the form and while saving its disappearing the values
when i try with one child table its working
Ah, I see. I don’t think it’s possible to have the same child doctype in a form more than once.
