hello, i created a POS profile and i created a new user x to have access to POS,
i created a role called POS and i assigned it read to items, sales invoices, however if i want to add POS icon to the desktop of this user x,
it’s not even visible to him, any idea on how to add the icon to the desktop?
this is the only thing i’m missing, i might just need a role to allow to add this icon on the desktop of erpnext.
Can the user access POS from the Awesome Bar by searching it?
no, he couldn’t
but then i gave him permission on the pos page from page and report and it worked so solved
Go to that doctype/report
Click on Menu
You should find an option Add to Desktop and it will be added.
