I am trying to post a Stock Reconciliation entry in my ERP next, but every time i am submitting the stock entry there is erroro pop up " Non of the Items have any change in quanitity or value"

This can happen when the current stock balance report quantity and value are the same as what you put in the stock reconciliation.
Try to go to the items table in stock reconciliation, and check for this section:
If you are making just one reconciliation record, you can find it easily. or if you are doing it by excel bulk import, try to find out.
Also, you can’t set item value to zero. But a quantity can be zero, for any item value even if it is 0.01
