Show Item Name instead of Item Code

I want to show Item name in the Item code field after selecting Item Code in the Material Request form and Other Forms like PO, PR, PI

in Customize Form you can edit the child table so you can hide the item code field and check “show in list view” for the item name field

@PyJumper, I Already done that. But Still Item Code shows

did you check the box “hidden” in the item code ?

@PyJumper, No. If I hidden Item Code, then its not found in child table
