Setup Wizard Stuck at Select your Domains page

Hi, i’m stuck in initial setup of site, i can normally login but stucked in select your domain page without any errors as shown in screenshot below, please help me on this

frappe version : 13.x.x
erpnext version : 13.x.x

We are not moving to the next step from Select your Domains

for moving on to the next tape you should go to the address erp.local:8000/desk#setup-wizard/3 and replace number 3 with number 4 and hit enter
