Its a vanilla production system Installed using automated setup.py script.
Frappe Version: 7.2.30 Production Server [Master Branch].
After few seconds while completing setup-wizard, it displayed this error :
Even after bench reinstall command, its displaying same error as displaying in screenshot.
bench reinstall output:

Second time when i tried to complete the setup again its displayed Setup Already Complete Error,
but when i try to login again into the system, its redirect me to the setup-wizard page again.
