SETUP COMPANY New Install

Getting an error when setting up a new company on a fresh box , running Ubuntu 18.04 , erpnext 12.18.0 and frappe 12.15.0. Everything installed with no errors however the company setup is giving on Setting Defaults :
Paused on exception:
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Any Idea on whats causing the issue ?

Update : so after many ‘retry’ several times over, the setup just worked.
would like to get to the bottom this issue , some installs just work first time round , same method of setup …
