Setting up in progress, how to assure no emails are sent out by itself?

quick one. are there any emails that could be triggered sent out automatically from the system? like any aging supplier related data?

Just to be sure when playing around, I want to ensure only email to ourselves works, but no mails will be sent out to the outside world by accident.

set “mute_emails”: 1 in site_config.json of the site (sites/{site_name})
