Set desk modules for user

Hi all,

with the “old” desktop, it was possible to select the icons that another user could see. This was especially useful for onboarding.

Now with Desktop 2.0, a new user is overwhelmed by the many modules he/she has available (many of them actually will only contain little content based on the access rights, but still they are there). Is there such a feature to reduce this (“Select cards for user”)? Thanks for any hints…

Hey, you can do this by going to User List > Select the User, in the “Allow Modules” section, select the modules as required.
