Series issue

Hello all,
    we use webnotes 5.0 framework, few days ago the series for mamta doctype was Mvl/598, Mvl/599 after this entry Mvl/601, I checked in db also, the mvl/600 entry was skipped. Before this issue all series were continuous(perfect). what may me issue . Thank you.
