Hi guys. I am not sure if anyone has seen this problem but normally you can select the document links in a ‘report builder’ report and it will direct you the selected document. I tried in the other reports that are of similar nature and all of it seems to be working fine. Its really just the Serial Number Warranty Expiry and Serial Number Service Contract Expiry that is having this problem.
