Serial Number Loading in POS differ's in view page

Hi All,
I have set the Item serial No and make that serial no for billing. When scanning the barcode it loads the previous number or some other number of same product.

Is there any settings need to change for viewing the scanned bar-code number. Is there any setting like FIFO. Also i have removed the FIFO and Changed to Moving Average in Stock Setting But also I am having the same issue.
How to rectify this correction. Or I have to change anything.

Hi @Dhamu,

It seems that some item codes has the value like serial no, can you provide the name and code of the items which are showing in the 2 no POS screen.

Both Item Name and Item Code are same.

In ver 12, I still have the same issue. Can you show me how to solve it
