Send Quotation to supplier question

Good Day,

Requesting for your kind assistance.

Dont know if this is normal or have a workaround .
When I requested a quotation to supplier and submitted the request if there is way that after I submitted the request is also send an email to supplier.

Because now that Im on testing mode after I submitted the request I need also to click the send email to supplier.

Sir requesting for example how can I send notification to supplier using email once i submitted the quotation request.
