Selecting Parent Item group doesn't load child group Items

Hello everyone,

I have made an item group tree with a parent group and multiple children groups. When I try to filter my items based on the parent group, the items from the children groups won’t show on the list unless I filter items based on each child. Is this something that can be fixed in ERPNext? Thank you in advance.

That indeed seems somewhat counter-intuitive. You would expect items of child groups to show up when filtering for the parent group. I’m wondering, is this expected behavior?

I’m wondering the same thing. If ERPNext has the same behavior across the board or just my server

It solved in v15 but do you reached to anyway can I make it in v14?
