Script Report Chart is not displayed in production - 404 js not found?

Hi all, I am getting script report chart in develop environment but in production chart is not displayed and i am getting following console error,

if i open that i am getting this in console

Can any one help me out? why this script report chart is not displayed in “Production Environment”?

I am getting the chart value in UI from query_report.py but still chart is not displayed and also with following console error,
