Scheduler not working for custom apps?

Hi there,

i cant get why, but it seems scheduler doesn’t run custom app events?

bench-clear done multiple times, restarted bench couple of times, restarted VM

Any hint?

@hereabdulla that answer was useful but unfortunately it did not work for me do you have any other solution I might try out?
