Save html code selection

as below screenshot, i add HTML code as filed type to make radio selection but when press save it removes my selection

@Alaa_Badri You have to write JS code on validate to take the value of radio buttons and save it in hidden filed and on refresh to take the value from hidden filed and set it to HTML (radio buttons)
