Same Tickets show in different kanban board

scenario: I have two kanban board the name was PM Board and TL Board

PM Board for Project Managers
TL Board for team leads

in this two boards, i have different column (which means status or whatever)

if PM Board and TL Board, have status Open,
if I create a Card in PM Board --> its status was Open

if it’s happen the PM Board card was shown in TL Board also
But I don’t want that what I do?

I have a solution but It’s not good way

Give status or column name different for all board

if PM Board have Open status or column ,
don’t create same column or status for TL Board

But It’s not good one
