Sales User Cannot create new Sales order

Hi there
I have a test user with the Sales User Role. This user cannot create a new sales order.

The received erro mesage is > You do not have eniugh permisisons to access this reocurce. Please contact your manager to get access

If I check Doctype Sale Order permissions I can sees that Sales User can do all operations on it.

WHat I’m missing?

Update: while trying to deepr analyze this issue it disappeared.

not clear how this can happen.
