Sales Tax Template not forward from Sales Order to Sales Invoice

Steps to reproduce the issue

1.Create Sales Order with Sales tax template
2.Save and Submit
3.Create Sales Invoice from Sales Order
4.In Sales invoice form Sales tax template not carry forward from Sales order.

Frappe - 13.2.0
ERPNext - 13.2.0

It's not working on India country and it's working on UAE country.

Having the same problem. Even for purchase side. Can anyone look into this?
