Sales Order Number in Delivery Note and Sales Invoice

Hi,

We need to have Sales Order Number to be displayed in the corresponding Delivery note/s and Sales Invoice. Is this possible by adding a new field in Customize Form of Delivery note and Sales Invoice? Please advice in detail.

Hi,
If you make Delivery Note from sales order then,On DN form sales order number will be available
inside table grid
-if you open row ,then you will see "Against Sales Order"link.

Same for sales invoice,
if you make sales invoice from Sales order then you will see reference of Sales order on sales invoice form

  • item table grid- if you open row ,yo will get ‘References’ link
