Hi @chethan,
As per you shared screenshot with me , i have seen

-In Tax grid, 2nd row tax you had not given “reference row” number thats why sales invoice has not been saved.
For that,
-Expand i.e open that 2nd row of tax and enter “Reference Row”/No.
