[Sales Invoice] - Company address and tax & charges not fetching correctly form delivery note

I have found two issue when creating sales invoice.

  1. Tax and charges not fetching correctly from delivery note or sales order it fetch the default sales tax and charges templates.for now I have remove default option for all, but this is a bug.

  2. Company address not fetching correctly from delivery note to sales invoices. this happen for multiple company address.

I believe this has been fixed. What version of ERPNext are you using?

I am using ERPNext: v10.0.8 and Frappe : v10.0.9.
