Can someone help me understand the salary structure. I can setup salary and taxes but where do I set the payment frequency? In the salary structure if I put yearly salary then if I run salary slip it should run it on Pro rata basis.

Yes it doesn’t actually answer my question. When setting up salary structure you can’t specify what period of time that salary structures applies to. You should be able to put yearly salary and deductions and each time payroll is run then a pro rata pay is paid to employee.
I am also have the same issue. I seem to figure out how to setup the pay periods. Can you only pay once a month? We would like to pay every 2 weeks, but I cannot tell how to get that put in the system.
