Salary Paid late

How should to deal salary in EPRnext if the salary is Due but not paid, may be paid late.
(suppose salary is paid on 10th of December for the month of november but is Booked as an expense on30th of november)

Have a liability account of Salary Payable and update in the Company master. When salary slips are generated, posting will be done as follows.

Dr. Salary Expense (based salary components) … XXX
Cr. Salary Payable … XXX

When deposit salary, create JV as:

Cr. Bank / Cash account … XXX
Dr. Salary Payable … XXX
