Role permissions for Projects users (Activity cost)

I removed all access for Activity cost for projects users. I added projects user access to one of my user but when I connect with this user and go to one project I still see Activity cost section. Is it normal?

Does the user in question have any other roles? If yes, you may want to check their permissions

I just gave only project user role to the user and as I showed you nothing is checked for Activity cost. Is it really possible to hide COSTING AND BILLING section for some users?
