Role permissions for permlevel 1

Hi,
Recently upgraded to 8. We have set role permissions to level 1 through Permissions-Manager. I also see the values in tabCustom DocPerm. But the fields are not visible to the user. Only level 0 fields are getting displayed.

Have done ‘bench reset-perms’. Is there anything else that needs to be done for this perm level to work? It was working fine before upgrade.

Hello,

Works just fine in my test account. The field highlighted below has perm level is and accessible to the user.

When I add a new permission to a role, should I run any specific command for it take effect?

I tried bench restart, bench reset-perms etc. nothing helped.
