Restrict customers viewing other companies records

Hi There,

I am trying to give my customers’ account to login via ERP to raise support tickets.

However, I am faced with an issue. When the customer login via their account, they are able to view everybody else’s records (e.g. from other companies, our internal tickets, etc.).

Is there a way to restrict the customer to only seeing records which are related to themselves?

@Justin_Lu you should give them portal login by making user type as “Website User”
