Hi, I have a test account on erpnext.com and a local hosted ERPNext installation. Neither is sending password reset emails. When I type in email addresses on either site, and click send password. There is no response and I do not receive any email. I have setup email accounts on local hosted ERPNext and other features involve emails work fine.
Just checked. Works for me
I am a new user. I have the same issue. Not able to reset password. I dont get any link in email to reset the password.
