Request time out when we save doctype contact

Hi

We have an issue on save contact.
if we choose email is_primary like this

System will show error message Request Time Out after click save
Chrome shows messages below.

We don’t know how to fix the issue, please help.
By the way, if we don’t choose is primary , then everything is just fine.

erpnext version: 13.12.1
frappe version: 13.12.1
