Hi @moad! Is this report a default one or custom? Also, what type of report is this (Report Builder, Query Report, Script Report). You may also want to take a look at the report documentation in ERPNext here.

it is default report the top title not for the down column when i make it arabic

This issue is part of a bigger one. Some css are hardcoded in the code which limits the RTL support. I have posted the issue #2508 here.

I created a PR #3506 to fix this issue while we wait for the underlying css mess to be cleaned.
