I would like to know is it possible to have a column selection tab in
this report.
This report is very important to us as in the initial phase we are not
doing any invoicing but we are only managing the inventory. Therefore
no sales are recorded, leaving us with only option to see the delivery
report.
Now in this report we actually needed fields like LIST PRICE,
DISCOUNT, ITEM DESCRIPTION (not item name) and other fields but the
select columns tab is missing. I hope that it can be provided.

The ‘Select Column’ tab is already visible in ‘Itemwise Delivery Details’.
Please refresh your browser once and check again.

Please check the Itemwise Delivery Report if you can see the "Select Column" option. It is done from our end.
