Report for sales returns?

Is there a standard way i can get reports of the returns?
i.e 1.all returns.
2.what items have been returned and how much times.
3.Total returned items .

This is to keep track of what items are frequently getting returned and how much charges do we incur for returns and resupply etc.

Can i do it through report builder ? if so how?
Or is it more complicated and have to create a script report? plz point me in right direction to begin it if so.

I am sorry but what column in sales register is showing returns?

I can not add columns as it is a script report.

I also want returned per item .

Invoices with SINV-RET as naming should be the return invoices

How do I customise returns invoices to read as stipulated above?
Currently mine read as ACC-SINV
