Report Custom Employee Width

I have created a custom report and the employee + “:Data:180” but the when PDF still the same!!!

Any change on the PDF render to be done?
Also how to have a report with two rows for data like

Employee, Designation, Salary base,
Employee name, Designation value
Salary Base, others

@pratu16x7 thanks for your reply but I do know how to do it but as you can see on the image even with 120/200 as width the size does not change.
The other question was to make single row for non values field like (Employment, destination, etc)
