Replacing all of the ERPnext/Frappe documentation

Hey guys,

I have been thinking that it may be beneficial to replace the ERPnext manual, ERPnext knowledge base, Frappe Knowledge Base, and Frappe Developer’s guide with a wiki. I’m willing to put some time into transferring the data, and adding to it where I can.

@cpurbaugh There is a case to merge knowledge base and documentation.

Manual is just simple markdown files in a GitHub repo. Are you facing trouble in editing it?
